Job summary

Crash Champions is a fast-growing, founder-led MSO of collision repair with 650+ locations across 38 states. We are seeking a Shop Leader to manage the front and back of shop, ensuring throughput, safety and quality while coordinating with estimating and parts teams.

You will oversee labor, assign repairs, assist with estimates as needed, monitor production, and drive payroll and staffing processes. Compensation ranges reflect posted pay and performance-based bonuses.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of collision industry and insurance procedures.
• Aptitude in decision-making and problem solving.
• Ability to lead and work collaboratively to meet objectives.
• Proven track record of meeting deadlines and delivering results.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed location revenue goals and KPIs by managing front and back of shop, optimizing throughput and quality.
• Labor assignment and production management: assign repairs and prioritize teardown/paint.
• Support teammates during peak times by handling customer check-in, vehicle intake and estimating as needed.
• Ensure repairs align with industry and company quality standards, and that billing is accurate.
• Complete payroll and staffing in a timely manner, monitor punch-in/out and PTO for weekly payroll.
• Coordinate daily production flow with Body Technicians, Estimators, and Parts Managers to meet delivery requirements.
• Write DRP-complete estimates after full disassembly and update as needed; lock final estimates.
• Lead talent acquisition, coaching and development to hire and grow team members.
