Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking a shop leadership role to drive revenue and throughput at a high-volume location in Illinois. You will manage the front and back of house, assign work to body technicians, and coach teammates to meet KPIs while upholding safety and quality standards.

You will work with estimators, parts managers, and technicians to optimize production flow and ensure accurate estimates and billing. A driver’s license is required and competitive benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of collision industry procedures and insurance requirements.
• Ability to decide quickly and solve problems under pressure.
• Proven leadership to coordinate front/back shop activities.
• Capable of meeting deadlines and targets consistently.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed location revenue goals and KPIs; manage front and back of shop.
• Labor assignment and production management; prioritize teardown/paint.
• Support teammates during peak times by greeting customers and assisting estimates.
• Maintain quality standards per Crash Champions and I-CAR guidelines.
• Ensure accurate billing and proper PPE adherence for staff safety.
• Oversee payroll timing, PTO, and staffing for weekly processing.
