Caliber Collision is seeking a Collision General Manager to lead the Los Angeles area center operations, ensuring safe, thorough, and profitable vehicle repairs in line with SOPs and industry standards.

The role includes risk management, teammate development, recruitment, and monitoring financial metrics, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service and driving performance across production and administration.

Formación

• 3+ years of Collision Management Experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee center operations, risk management, and administration.
• Develop teammates and recruit/retain top performers.
• Monitor financial metrics and identify trends to improve performance.
