Job summary

Crash Champions in Chicago is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead the front and back of shop, ensure throughput, quality, and KPI achievement across a growing network of locations.

You will assign labor, prioritize teardown and paint, supervise payroll and staffing, and coordinate with body technicians, estimators, and parts managers to deliver on-time repairs and accurate billing. Competitive benefits and a People First culture accompany the role.
