Job summary

Caliber Collision Imperial is seeking a Collision General Manager to oversee the center’s overall operation, including risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production, and administration. The role includes recruiting and retaining talent, monitoring financial performance, and ensuring repairs are thorough, safe, and profitable per SOPs and industry guidelines.

Ideal candidates will have strong leadership, 3+ years in collision management, and a proven record of managing center

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Collision Management Experience
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy
• Must be 21 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Oversee center operations, risk management, and production to meet SOPs and insurance partner standards.
• Recruit, develop, and retain teammates; monitor performance and provide leadership.
• Review monthly financial metrics, drive profitability, and identify opportunities for improvement.
