Crash Champions is seeking a seasoned location leader to manage the front and back of shop, ensuring high throughput and quality. You will allocate repairs, prioritize teardown and paint, and support teammates during peak times by taking estimates and assisting customers.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed location revenue goals and KPIs; manage front and back of shop.
• Assign repairs to Body Technicians and prioritize teardown/paint.
• Support teammates during peak times by greeting customers and writing estimates.
• Ensure repairs align with quality standards and are billed correctly; uphold PPE.
