Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking a capable Shop Manager to lead front- and back-of-house operations at a high-throughput collision repair location in the United States. You will assign labor, manage teardown/paint priorities and ensure work aligns with industry quality standards and accurate billing.

You will guide teammates during peak periods, write and update estimates, and collaborate with estimators, body technicians and parts managers to meet delivery deadlines.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of collision industry and insurance procedures.
• Aptitude in decision-making and problem solving.
• Ability to lead and work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and achieve successful results.
• Proficient knowledge and use of estimating software, CCC ONE Total Repair Software.
• Proficient with Computers and other technology.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed location revenue goals and other KPIs; manage front and back of shop from vehicle intake through delivery to ensure high throughput and quality.
• Labor assignment and production management; prioritize vehicles for teardown or paint.
• Teammate support by receiving customers, checking-in vehicles and writing estimates as needed.
• Monitor and attain production goals; ensure repairs meet I-CAR standards and are billed accurately.
• Complete shop payroll and staffing; ensure punch-in/out adherence and manage PTO/vacation.
• Coordinate with Body Technicians, Collision Estimator and Parts Managers to maintain smooth production flow.
• Write DRP-compliant estimates after full disassembly and update as needed; lock final estimates.
• Team acquisition, coaching and development; interview and hire best candidates and provide performance feedback.
