Job summary

Crash Champions is hiring a Shop Operations Leader in Gilbert, AZ. You will oversee front and back-of-house activities, assign repairs to body technicians, and ensure timely, high-quality work while maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of collision industry including insurance procedures.
• Ability to lead and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record meeting deadlines and targets.
• Experience with estimating software and general computer skills.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed location revenue goals and KPIs by managing front/back of shop from intake to delivery.
• Assign labor and prioritize teardown/paint work for technicians.
• Support teammates during peak times and assist with estimates as needed.
• Ensure repairs meet quality standards and accurate billing; uphold PPE and safety.
• Manage payroll, staffing, and PTO; coordinate with team leads to meet delivery requirements.
• Write complete DRP-compliant estimates after disassembly and update as needed.
• Recruit and coach staff, providing performance feedback and growth opportunities.
