Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking a driven manager to lead front and back shop operations at our Crest Hill location. You will oversee vehicle intake, production flow, and delivery to ensure throughput, quality, and KPI attainment.

The role requires strong leadership, collaboration with technicians and estimators, and a focus on accurate billing and safety. The position offers growth opportunities, competitive compensation, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Collision Industry and insurance procedures.
• Ability to lead and collaborate to meet objectives.
• Proven track record of meeting deadlines.
• Proficient with CCC ONE Total Repair Software.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed location revenue goals and KPIs.
• Labor assignment and production management.
• Support teammates during peak times by receiving customers and writing estimates.
• Monitor production goals and ensure quality standards.
• Complete shop payroll and staffing in a timely manner.
• Manage daily production flow and coordinate with teams.
• Write DRP estimates after disassembly and update final estimates.
• Team acquisition, coaching and development.
