Crash Champions is a rapidly growing collision repair network with 650+ locations nationwide. The Operations Leader will manage front and back of shop to maximize throughput, ensure quality, and meet KPIs across the location.

You will oversee labor allocation, payroll, and driving production flow while collaborating with estimators, parts managers, and leadership to deliver top-tier repairs and service.

Competenze

• Experience in collision repair industry operations and standards.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to lead and collaborate to reach objectives.
• Ability to meet deadlines and deliver results.
• Proficient in estimating software, CCC ONE Total Repair Software.
• Proficient with computers and technology.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Mansioni

• Meet or exceed location revenue goals and KPIs; manage front and back of shop through intake to delivery.
• Assign repair work to body technicians and prioritize teardown/paint.
• Support teammates during peak times by greeting customers, check-in, and writing estimates as needed.
• Maintain quality and safety standards; ensure accurate billing and PPE compliance.
• Complete payroll and staffing tasks, track hours and PTO.
• Coordinate daily production flow with technicians, estimators, and parts managers.
• Write DRP-compliant repair estimates after disassembly and update estimates as needed.
• Lead recruitment, coach performance, and support career progression.
