Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass seeks a General Manager to lead the collision center operations and deliver superior customer experiences. You’ll supervise daily activities, coach staff, and ensure adherence to policies while driving KPI targets and insurance metrics.

Post-secondary education and proven leadership in collision repair are required. The role emphasizes team leadership, process discipline, and strong communication to sustain exceptional service standards.

Qualifications

• Post-Secondary Education or equivalent. Proven leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar role.
• Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
• Ability to motivate others utilizing effective coaching tools and management skills.
• Communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Prepare and manage the annual and monthly operating budget of the collision center.
• Forecast, target and track monthly sales, profit and expense objectives.
• Deliver formal annual performance reviews and informal monthly performance reviews.
• Monitor and maintain all A/P and A/R relating to the Collision Center.
• Maintain a clean and organized repair facility at all times.
• Lead and manage all repair facility personnel.
• Attend monthly managers meetings and training sessions.
