Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a General Manager to lead the collision center, drive customer experience, and manage day-to-day operations in line with policy. You will coach staff, ensure safety, and maintain high professional standards across the team to meet KPIs and insurance metrics.

The role requires proven leadership in a collision repair environment, sound budgeting, and effective communication.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in a collision repair environment or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Ensure WOW plan is consistently executed.
• Prepare and manage the annual and monthly operating budget of the collision center.
• Forecast, target and track monthly sales, profit and expenses.
• Deliver formal annual and informal monthly performance reviews.
• Lead and manage all repair facility personnel.
• Attend training, information sessions and workshops recommended by Senior Leadership.
