Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a General Manager to lead the collision center, ensuring an exceptional customer experience while directing daily operations in line with policy and procedure. You will coach team members, drive KPIs, and promote high professionalism across all customer interactions.

The role emphasizes leadership, accountability, and hands-on management of safety, throughput, and delivery dates to ensure top-quality service.

Qualifications

• Post-Secondary Education or equivalent required.
• Proven leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar role.
• Strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experience and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Ensure WOW plan is consistently executed.
• Prepare and manage annual and monthly operating budget.
• Forecast and track monthly sales, profit, and expenses.
• Deliver formal annual and informal monthly performance reviews.
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable for the Collision Center.
• Maintain a clean, organized repair facility at all times.
• Provide training for staff and ensure safety procedures are followed.
• Lead repair facility personnel and coordinate daily production meetings.
