Job summary

Caliber Collision in Covington, GA is seeking a Collision General Manager to oversee all aspects of the center’s operations, including risk management, production, and administration.

You will recruit and develop teammates, monitor financial performance, and ensure repairs are thorough, safe, and profitable in line with SOPs and insurer guidelines. Leadership and customer service excellence are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Collision Management Experience.
• Valid driver’s license and eligibility for company insurance.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall operation of the center, including risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production and administration.
• Recruit, recognize and retain talented teammates; develop leadership bench and succession planning.
• Monitor current financial performance metrics and review prior month’s metrics to identify opportunities and trends.
• Ensure center teammates repair vehicles thoroughly, safely and profitably in line with SOPs and insurer guidelines.
