Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking a Collision General Manager in Covington, GA to oversee the center’s operations, manage risk, develop teammates, track client and production metrics, and administer daily activities.

The role requires a hands-on leader who recruits and retains top talent, ensures repairs meet SOPs and industry standards, and drives profitability while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of collision management experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Oversee center operations including production, risk management, and administration.
• Develop teammates and recruit top talent for the center.
• Monitor financial performance metrics and identify opportunities.
• Ensure repair work is thorough, safe, and profitable per SOP.
