Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a General Manager to lead daily collision center operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and alignment with policy and KPI targets. You will coach teams, manage budgets, and drive performance across safety, throughput, and quality standards.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, clear communication, and hands-on supervision of staff, with responsibilities spanning planning, reporting, and process improvement to maintain industry leadership.

Qualifications

• Post-Secondary Education or equivalent.
• Proven leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar role.
• Attention to detail and the ability to deliver a superior client experience.
• Clear verbal and written communication; ability to motivate others.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Prepare and manage the annual and monthly operating budget of the collision center.
• Forecast, target and track monthly sales, profit and expense objectives.
• Monitor and maintain all A/P and A/R relating to the Collision Center.
• Lead and manage all repair facility personnel.
• Attend monthly managers meetings.
• Maintain a clean and organized repair facility at all times.
