Qualifications

• Post-secondary education or equivalent required.
• Proven leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operation of the Collision Center to meet KPIs and insurance metrics.
• Coach and empower staff to deliver excellent customer experiences.
• Open/close facility per procedures; manage safety and dress code.
