Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a General Manager to lead the collision center, oversee daily operations, and drive exceptional customer experiences. You will coach staff, manage budgets, and align operations with company policies to achieve KPI and insurance metrics.

Qualifications

• Post-Secondary Education or equivalent.
• Proven leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Ensure WOW plan is consistently executed.
• Manage annual and monthly operating budgets for the collision center.
• Forecast and track monthly sales, profit and expenses.
• Deliver formal and informal performance reviews.
• Oversee A/P and A/R related to the Collision Center.
• Maintain a clean, organized repair facility and ensure safety.
