Gerber Collision & Glass is looking for a General Manager to lead a collision center, delivering exceptional customer experiences while managing daily store operations in alignment with policy. Qualifications

• Post-Secondary Education or equivalent.
• Proven leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar role.
• Ability to communicate clearly and motivate staff.

Responsibilities

• Ensure WOW plan execution.
• Prepare and manage annual/monthly operating budgets for the collision center.
• Forecast, target and track monthly sales, profit and expenses.
• Conduct formal annual and informal monthly performance reviews.
• Monitor and manage accounts payable and receivable for the Collision Center.
• Maintain a clean and organized repair facility at all times.
• Provide training for staff as necessary.
• Ensure staff wear proper safety gear and adhere to dress code.
• Lead daily production meetings to confirm throughput and delivery dates.
• Lead and manage all repair facility personnel.
• Attend training and bi-weekly management meetings.
• Support CSI performance reviews and follow-up within 24 hours.
