Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a General Manager to lead the Collision Center’s daily operations and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will coach staff, manage budgets, forecast sales and expenses, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar role.
• Post-Secondary Education or equivalent required.
• Strong communication, both written and verbal, and ability to coach teams.

Responsibilities

• Ensure WOW (Wow Operating Way) execution across the center.
• Prepare and manage annual/monthly operating budgets.
• Forecast, target and track sales, profit and expenses.
• Deliver formal and informal performance reviews.
• Oversee accounts payable/receivable for the center.
• Maintain a clean, safe, compliant facility and equipment.
• Lead and train staff to meet quality standards and customer service.
• Conduct regular safety and training sessions.
• Attend managers meetings and align with Senior Leadership.
