Qualifications

• Post-Secondary Education or equivalent.
• Proven leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar role.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily operations of the collision center to meet KPIs.
• Coach and appraise staff performance and success.
• Manage budgets and forecast financial objectives.
• Maintain safety, quality standards and cleanliness.
• Open/close facility and coordinate production meetings.
