Qualifications

• Post-Secondary Education or equivalent.
• Proven leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar role.
• Ability to motivate others utilizing effective coaching tools and management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations of the collision center to meet KPI and insurance metrics.
• Coach and empower each team member to achieve performance goals.
• Forecast and manage budgets, labor mix, and capacity while ensuring safety and quality.
