Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a General Manager to lead day-to-day operations of the Collision Center in Queen Creek, AZ. You will drive customer experience, staff performance, and KPI achievement while ensuring adherence to policies and safety standards.

You will coach and empower the team, manage budgets, and work with senior leadership to sustain growth and service excellence across all touchpoints with customers and insurance partners.

Qualifications

• Post-Secondary Education or equivalent.
• Proven leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Ensure WOW plan execution and budget management for the collision center.
• Forecast and track monthly sales, profit and expenses.
• Lead and manage all repair facility personnel.
• Coach staff and deliver performance reviews.
• Maintain safety and quality standards and ensure customer experience excellence.
