Job summary

Caliber Collision Pennington is seeking an experienced Collision General Manager to oversee all aspects of the center’s operations, including risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production and administration. The role also involves recruiting and retaining talent, monitoring financial performance, and reviewing monthly metrics for opportunities and trends.

Caliber General Managers will ensure vehicles are repaired thoroughly, safely and profitably in accordance with Caliber

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Collision Management Experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Oversee center operations including risk management, production, and administration.
• Recruit, develop and retain teammates; monitor financial performance and identify opportunities from monthly metrics.
• Ensure repairs are performed safely, efficiently, and in line with SOPs and industry standards.
• Lead customer service excellence and manage internal/external client relations.
