Job summary

Caliber Collision seeks a Collision General Manager to run the service center operations, driving safety, quality, and profitability. You will lead risk management, supervise teammates, and monitor client metrics and financials while promoting career growth within the organization.

You will recruit and retain staff, ensure adherence to Caliber SOPs and industry standards, and deliver personable customer service across internal and external clients. Eligibility for insurance coverage is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Collision Management Experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Oversee center operations to ensure safety, quality, and profitability.
• Lead risk management initiatives and monitor financial performance metrics.
• Recruit, develop, and retain teammates; drive training and certifications (I-CAR, ASE).
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and industry guidelines while delivering excellent customer service.
