Job summary

Caliber Collision has an immediate job opening for a Collision General Manager to oversee the center’s overall operation, including risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production, and administration. The role includes recruiting and retaining teammates, monitoring financial metrics, and ensuring repairs are thorough, safe, and profitable per SOP and industry guidelines.

The position offers up to $125,000 per year (plus bonus) with benefits starting day one and opportunities

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Collision Management Experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the center’s overall operation, including risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production, and administration.
• Recruit, recognize and retain talented teammates; monitor and review financial metrics.
• Ensure repair work is thorough, safe, and profitable per SOP and industry guidelines.
