Caliber Collision is seeking a Collision General Manager to oversee the center’s operations, risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production, and administration. You will recruit and retain talent while monitoring financial performance and reviewing monthly metrics to identify opportunities and trends.

The GM will ensure teammates repair vehicles thoroughly, safely, and profitably in line with Caliber SOPs, insurance partners, and industry standards.

Formación

• Advanced understanding of Collision Estimatics.
• Prior experience with CCC1.
• Good understanding of the repair process and procedures.
• Able to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Capable of prioritizing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide personable, friendly service to customers.
