Job summary

Caliber Collision has an immediate opening for a Collision General Manager to oversee the center’s operations, risk management, production, and admin while driving profitability. This role includes recruiting and developing teammates and reviewing monthly financial metrics for opportunities and trends.

The General Manager will ensure repairs are performed safely and thoroughly in line with Caliber SOPs, insurer guidelines, and industry standards, fostering excellence across the team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of collision management experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our insurance policy.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Oversee center operations, risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production, and administration.
• Recruit, recognize, and retain talented teammates; monitor financial performance metrics.
• Ensure repairs are thorough, safe, and profitable per SOPs and insurer guidelines.
