You will oversee daily production, manage A/R/A/P, and ensure smooth coordination with vendors and leadership to deliver WOW customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Post-Secondary Education or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer experience and lead day-to-day operations of the collision center.
• Coach and empower team members to achieve KPI targets and safety standards.
• Manage annual and monthly operating budgets; forecast sales, profit, and expenses.
• Oversee accounts payable/receivable and ensure accurate cash flow.
• Monitor shop equipment, facilities, and safety compliance; coordinate maintenance.
• Lead staff meetings, training, and performance reviews; ensure clean, organized facility.
