Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a General Manager to lead day-to-day operations of the collision center and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will coach the team, manage the budget, and ensure quality standards align with company policies.

You will oversee safety, productivity, and CSI performance, while sustaining a high-performance environment. Leadership experience in collision repair is required.

Qualifications

• Post-Secondary Education or equivalent.
• Proven leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Ensure WOW plan is consistently executed.
• Prepare and manage annual and monthly operating budget for the collision center.
• Forecast, target and track monthly sales, profit and expenses.
• Deliver formal annual and informal monthly performance reviews.
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable for the Collision Center.
• Maintain a clean and organized repair facility at all times.
• Provide training for staff as necessary.
• Ensure staff wear safety gear and follow dress code.
• Open and close the facility daily per procedures.
• Conduct daily production meetings to confirm throughput and delivery dates.
• Manage estimates to ensure labor mix within standards.
• Lead and manage all repair facility personnel.
• Facilitate monthly Health & Safety and staff meetings; attend managers meetings.
• Attend trainings and workshops from Senior Leadership.
• Review store CSI performance and follow up within 24 hours.
