Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a General Manager to lead the store’s day-to-day operations and ensure exceptional customer experiences. You will coach and empower team members, align work with policies, and drive performance and insurance metrics across the collision center.

You will manage budgets, monitor labor, safety, and throughput, and represent the store in leadership discussions. A strong track record in collision repair leadership is required.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in a collision repair environment or similar role.
• Ability to coach and empower team members for performance and success.
• Strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experience through leadership.

Responsibilities

• Ensure WOW plan is consistently executed.
• Manage annual and monthly operating budget for the collision center.
• Forecast, target and track monthly sales, profit and expenses.
• Conduct formal annual and informal monthly performance reviews.
• Oversee accounts payable/receivable for the collision center.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized repair facility and training for staff.
• Lead staff meetings and participate in manager meetings.
