Job summary

Caliber Collision seeks a Collision General Manager to drive the center’s operations, risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production, and administration.

You will recruit, recognize, and retain top talent, monitor financial performance, and review monthly metrics to identify opportunities and trends, ensuring repairs are thorough, safe, and profitable in line with SOPs and insurer guidelines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Collision Management Experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall operation of the center, including production and administration.
• Lead risk management and teammate development.
• Monitor client metrics and financial performance.
• Recruit, recognize and retain talented teammates.
• Ensure repairs are thorough, safe, and profitable per SOPs.
