Job summary

The Boyd Group is opening a new collision center in Beavercreek and seeks a General Manager to lead daily operations and deliver an outstanding customer experience. You will drive KPI achievement, coach staff, and ensure adherence to policies while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.

You will manage budgets, supervise performance reviews, oversee safety, and train staff, serving as a leader who motivates the team and aligns with company goals.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education or equivalent required.
• Proven leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure WOW plan is executed consistently.
• Prepare and manage annual/monthly operating budget of the collision center.
• Forecast, target and track monthly sales, profit and expenses.
• Conduct formal annual and informal monthly performance reviews.
• Monitor accounts payable/receivable for the Collision Center.
• Maintain a clean, organized repair facility and ensure safety compliance.
