Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass Beavercreek is opening a new collision repair center and seeks a General Manager to lead daily operations and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

You will coach staff, manage budgets, forecast sales, monitor performance reviews, and ensure safety and quality across all shop activities.

Candidates must have proven leadership in collision repair, excellent communication, and the ability to motivate teams to achieve KPIs and CSI targets.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education or equivalent required.
• Proven leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar role.
• Strong communication and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure WOW plan is consistently executed.
• Prepare and manage annual and monthly operating budgets.
• Forecast, target and track monthly sales, profit and expenses.
• Deliver formal annual and informal monthly performance reviews.
• Monitor A/P and A/R relating to the Collision Center.
• Maintain a clean and organized repair facility at all times.
• Provide training for staff and enforce safety gear usage.
• Open and close the facility daily per procedures.
• Conduct daily production meetings to confirm throughput and delivery dates.
• Manage estimates to ensure labor mix within standards.
• Lead and manage all repair facility personnel.
• Facilitate monthly Health & Safety and staff meetings; attend managers meetings.
• Oversee CSI performance reviews and follow-up within 24 hours.
