Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass Savannah is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead the daily operations of the collision center and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will coach team members, manage budgets, and monitor KPIs to meet insurance metrics and business goals.

The role requires proven leadership in a collision repair setting, strong communication, and a hands-on approach to safety, training, and quality.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar role.
• Post-secondary education or equivalent.
• Attention to detail and high accuracy.
• Clear verbal and written communication.
• Ability to motivate others through coaching.

Responsibilities

• Oversee WOW plan execution and daily collision center operations.
• Forecast and manage annual/monthly budgets.
• Set sales, profit and expense targets and track progress.
• Conduct formal annual and informal monthly performance reviews.
• Ensure safety, housekeeping and equipment maintenance.
• Lead and develop repair facility staff.
• Coordinate staff training and ensure CSI targets.
• Open/close facility and manage production meetings.
• Monitor A/P and A/R related to the center.
• Ensure excellent customer experience and policy compliance.
