Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a General Manager to lead the daily operations of the collision center and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will coach team members, oversee budgets, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards across the shop.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, KPI-driven performance, and effective communication with staff and customers, with opportunities for professional growth within a long-established industry leader.

Qualifications

• Post-Secondary Education or equivalent.
• Proven leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar role.
• Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
• Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage the annual and monthly operating budget of the collision center.
• Forecast, target and track monthly sales, profit and expense objectives.
• Deliver formal annual performance reviews and informal monthly performance reviews.
• Lead and manage all repair facility personnel.
• Attend monthly managers meetings and safety meetings.
• Ensure shop equipment maintenance and a clean facility at all times.
