Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a General Manager to lead our Collision Center in the Tri-City area of East Tennessee. You will drive exceptional customer experiences while managing daily operations in line with policy, coaching staff to achieve KPIs and insurance metrics, and upholding the highest professional standards.

The ideal candidate has proven leadership in collision repair, post-secondary education, and a strong focus on team development and safety.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar role.
• Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
• Ability to motivate others through effective coaching and management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Prepare and manage annual and monthly operating budget.
• Forecast, target, and track sales, profit and expenses.
• Deliver formal annual and informal monthly performance reviews.
• Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable for the Collision Center.
• Lead and manage all repair facility personnel.
• Attend training and staff meetings as recommended by Senior Leadership.
