Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Williamson and Maury County, TN is seeking a General Manager to lead the store's day-to-day operations, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.

You will coach and empower team members, drive KPI and insurance metrics, maintain safety standards, manage budgets, and partner with senior leadership to keep operations aligned with company goals.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Ensure WOW plan is executed consistently.
• Prepare and manage the annual and monthly operating budget of the collision center.
• Forecast, target and track monthly sales, profit and expense objectives.
• Deliver formal annual performance reviews and informal monthly performance reviews.
• Monitor and maintain all A/P and A/R relating to the Collision Center.
• Lead and manage all repair facility personnel.
• Ensure staff safety and dress code adherence; provide staff training.
