Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass seeks a General Manager to lead the daily operation of the Collision Center, delivering an exceptional customer experience while aligning with company policies and standards. You will coach and empower the team, manage budgets, forecast sales and expenses, and ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery of repairs in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires proven leadership in collision repair and a commitment to professional excellence.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education or equivalent.
• Leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure WOW plan is executed consistently.
• Prepare and manage annual and monthly operating budget for the collision center.
• Forecast, target and track monthly sales, profit and expenses.
• Deliver formal annual and informal monthly performance reviews.
• Monitor and maintain accounts payable and receivable for the Collision Center.
• Maintain a clean and organized repair facility at all times.
• Provide training for staff as necessary.
• Open and close the facility daily according to procedures.
• Lead and manage all repair facility personnel.
• Attend monthly managers meetings and safety sessions.
• Follow up on CSI performance within 24 hours.
