Hertrich Family of Dealerships in Delaware seeks a Body Shop Customer Service Representative / Customer Support Specialist to join our busy Collision Center. You will provide friendly service in person and by phone while supporting daily office operations.

Primary duties include handling payments, insurance processing, data entry, and maintaining accurate records. Strong organization, reliability, and a positive attitude are essential for success.

• Maintain accurate files, reports, and records.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth workflow.
• Perform additional administrative tasks as needed.
