Job summary
The Hertrich Family of Automobile Dealerships in Milford, DE is seeking a skilled Body Shop Assistant Manager to lead daily collision center operations. You will greet customers, review estimates, coordinate repairs, and partner with insurance companies to ensure accurate damage appraisals.

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in a Collision Center or Auto Body Shop (preferred).
- Experience in collision estimation or insurance adjusting is required.
- Strong understanding of the collision repair process.
- Ability to handle high volumes and work under pressure.
- Experience maintaining a fast-paced workflow in a collision shop.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers professionally.
- Build and maintain relationships with insurance companies, fleet providers, and manufacturers.
- Perform vehicle damage assessments and create detailed repair cost estimates.
- Prepare accurate damage reports.
- Assist in managing shop production costs and workflow.
- Collaborate with the General Manager on daily tasks and dispatches using computerized systems.
- Provide support and assistance to employees as needed.
