Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking a Customer Service Consultant at the Richmond - Eubank Rd center. You will greet customers in person or on the phone, determine needs, and provide guidance to ensure smooth repairs in coordination with collision estimators.

This role involves handling drop-offs, mapping, photographing vehicles, arranging transportation, preparing paperwork, and delivering outstanding world-class service while following Caliber SOPs and partner guidelines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer facing experience.
• Sales experience a plus.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person or on the phone and determine their needs.
• Assist Collision Estimators by handling drop-offs, mapping/marking and photographing vehicles.
• Arrange customer transportation and prepare paperwork.
• Perform active customer deliveries and communicate with customers, teammates and vendors to ensure smooth repairs.
