Caliber Collision in Suffolk, VA is seeking a Customer Service Consultant to greet customers in person or by phone, determine their needs, and provide guidance as required while supporting collision estimators.

You will handle drop-offs, map/mark and photograph vehicles, arrange transportation, and prepare paperwork while communicating with customers, teammates and vendors to ensure accurate, timely repairs and adherence to Caliber’s standards.

Competenze

• 2+ years of customer facing experience; sales experience a plus.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.

Mansioni

• Greet customers in person or by phone and determine needs.
• Assist Estimators with drop-offs, mapping, photographing vehicles.
• Arrange customer transportation and prepare paperwork.
• Communicate with customers, teammates and vendors to ensure repairs and adherence to standards.
• Adhere to Caliber’s SOPs, insurance partner guidelines and industry standards.
