Job summary

Caliber Collision Wellington is seeking a Customer Service Consultant to warmly greet customers, assess their needs, and provide guidance for efficient repairs. This role supports Collision Estimators and coordinates vehicle drop-offs, transportation, and paperwork in a fast-paced shop environment.

You’ll engage with customers, clients, teammates and vendors to ensure smooth, accurate repairs while following Caliber’s SOPs and industry standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer-facing experience; sales experience a plus.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for company insurance.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person or on the phone and determine their needs.
• Provide guidance and assistance to customers and coordinate with Estimators.
• Handle drop-offs, map/mark and photograph vehicles, arrange transportation, and prepare paperwork.
