Caliber Collision is hiring a Customer Service Consultant at our Service Center in Christiansburg. You will greet customers, determine their needs, and provide guidance while supporting estimators with vehicle drop-offs, mapping, and photos.

You’ll arrange transportation, prepare paperwork, and handle deliveries, communicating with customers, teammates, and vendors to ensure smooth repairs. The role offers data-driven pay with potential overtime and room for career growth in a fast-paced

Formación

• 2+ years of customer facing experience; sales experience a plus.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Ability to do consistent physical activity and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers in person or on the phone and determine their needs.
• Guide customers and assist Collision Estimators with drop-offs, mapping/marking, and photographing vehicles.
• Arrange customer transportation and prepare paperwork for repairs.
• Perform active customer deliveries while communicating with customers, teammates and vendors in line with SOPs.
