Job summary

Caliber Collision in Hampton, VA is seeking a Customer Service Consultant to greet customers, determine needs, and provide guidance for repairs. Will assist estimators with drop-offs, mapping, photographing vehicles, and arranging transportation, while handling paperwork and ensuring timely communication with customers and vendors.

Eligibility for company insurance, a valid driver's license, and 2+ years of customer-facing experience are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer facing experience; sales experience a plus.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person or by phone and determine their needs.
• Provide guidance and assistance as required.
• Assist Estimators with drop-offs, mapping/marking and photographing vehicles.
• Arrange customer transportation and prepare paperwork.
• Deliver to customers and communicate with all stakeholders to ensure smooth repairs.
