Job summary

Caliber Collision in Las Vegas, NV is hiring a Customer Service Consultant to greet customers in person or by phone, determine their needs, and respond with guidance to ensure efficient repairs. You will support the collision team by coordinating drop-offs, documenting vehicle condition, and communicating clearly with customers throughout the process.

This role offers immediate eligibility for medical, dental and vision benefits, weekly pay with overtime eligibility, paid vacation and holidays,

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer facing experience (sales a plus).
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for company insurance.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person or on the phone and assess their needs.
• Assist Collision Estimators with drop-offs, mapping, and photography.
• Prepare paperwork and arrange customer transportation as needed.
• Communicate clearly with customers, teammates, and vendors to ensure smooth repairs.
