Job summary

Caliber Collision in Toledo, OH, seeks a Customer Service Consultant to greet customers, assess needs, and provide guidance on-site or by phone. The role supports Collision Estimators with drop-offs, mapping/marking and photographing vehicles, and arranging transportation while preparing necessary paperwork.

You will deliver outstanding customer service, coordinate with clients and teammates, and help ensure timely, quality repairs following Caliber's SOPs and industry guidelines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer facing experience; sales experience a plus
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person or on the phone and determine their needs
• Respond by providing guidance and assistance as required
• Assist Collision Estimators by handling drop-offs, mapping/marking and photographing vehicles
• Arrange customer transportation and prepare paperwork
• Perform active customer deliveries and communicate with customers, clients, teammates and vendors to ensure correct and efficient repairs
