Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Atlanta seeks a Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional service to customers and insurance partners while supporting the Repair Facility Team.

You will schedule repairs, obtain necessary authorizations, and organize RO packets. This role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and a proactive, sales-driven approach in a busy collision shop.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar administrative role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Schedule vehicle repairs using CCC One and Daily Demand Capacity Planner.
• Retrieve insurance assignments and obtain repair authorization documentation.
• Prepare RO work packets with QC checklists, parts lists, and rental status indicators.
• Record communications with customers or insurers in CCC One notes.
• Confirm rental car details and update CCC One accordingly.
• Manage ARMS to reflect vehicles and align with CCC One entries.
