Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver exceptional customer experiences through meticulous assessment and high-quality repairs to restore vehicles to pre-accident condition. You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles while upholding speed, quality, and customer excellence as part of our team.

In this role you will plan repairs, estimate costs, use tools such as cutting guns and plasma cutters, realign frames, replace parts and glass, and ensure work

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of technical school program OR a 3-year apprenticeship for auto body repair.

Responsibilities

• Plan repair work and prepare customer estimates using appropriate tools.
• Repair dents, fill and realign chassis; replace parts as needed.
• Repair glass and interior components; weld and repaint to specs.
• Complete work orders within labor time guidelines and inspect results.
• Uphold WOW principles and act as brand ambassador.
